First we will want to begin with opening the Outlook 2010. You will come to the Welcome screen. Click on next to continue.  If you have used your Outlook program previously you can access the accuont configuration section by clicking on Tools --> Accounts.

To begin configuring your email client, Outlook first asks you to choose a service.  Make sure E-mail account is seletced and then click on next to continue.

Next Outlook will ask you use thier Auto Account Setup.  Go ahead and fill in your Name, E-mail Address and Password.  Move the radio button from E-mail Account to Manually Configure the server settings and then click next to continue.

Our next step will be to configure the e-mail account settings.  Now let's fill in the mail server information. First we will need to set the Account Type to POP3. In the box provided for the incoming mail server, type the server address of mail.interbel.net in the box.  Next we will specify the Outgoing e-mail server.  In the box provided for this, type the server address of smtp.interbel.net.   Your User Information and Logon Information should have been set from the previous screen.  To complete the setup of your e-mail account click on More Settings to continue.

On the Internet E-mail Settings screen, click on the Outgoing Server tab.  We will need to put a check mark in the box that states "My server requires authentication".  Then click on OK to apply the setting.

This will bring us back to the E-mail Accounts screen.  To complete the setup of your InterBel.net e-mail account, click next.

Automatically, Outlook will test your server settings, If all your settings are configured correctly, you will get green check marks on both tests.  If the test fails, double check your settings again.  Click on close to finalize your configuration.
