Configuring Thunderbird for your email service!

Below is your step by step guide on configuring your E-mail service to work with Mozilla Thunderbird.

To begin, launch your Thunderbird application. On the Mail Account Setup screen Enter your Name, First, First and Last or Nickname.  Then enter your e-mail address and password.  If you do not want to type your password in every time you check your e-mail, make sure the check mark is in the box next to Remember password. Then click on next to continue.

From here, Thunderbird will go out and fetch your server settings for you. Please verify that the incoming server type is set to POP3.  Also verify that the incoming mail server is set to  Finally verify that the outgoing mail server address is set to  If all of this is correct.  Click on the done button to finish setting up your e-mail..

You may receive a warning that our servers do not use encryption.  This message is ok, all you need to do is select the I understand the risks button and click on done.

And this is it!  Congratulations, your Thunderbird e-mail client is set up to use your email service.
